7 days after parcel received for exchange and replace.

At this time, our company is following strict health and hygiene guidelines to ensure safety for our customers as well as our employees.
Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 24 hours of the order delivery, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within the given time frame. Kindly keep the tags intact. - Used or washed items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
